Space is limited to 10 people. As the leaves turn towards the golden, russet tones of autumn we begin to draw our energy inwards and return to the hearth to warm our fingers and toes. Autumn is the season of creature comforts, warm beverages, candles and cosy blankets. It's a time for lingering in the dream space, for going inwards to reflect on the year so far and all we have learnt and are now ready to shed. Our Autumn Equinox Day Retreat brings with it an invitation for stillness, a moment to catch your breath before we descend into the darker half of the year. This auspicious day holds the perfect equilibrium of light and dark, creating the supportive energy for you to land in the present moment. From this place you will find space to come home to yourself, be held, witnessed and supported, creating a sense of inner balance and peace. It is our intention for you to experience a deeply nourishing, supportive and restorative day, cocooned within the beautiful setting of St Paul's Church. We are also delighted to welcome our very talented guest practitioner Natalie from Northern Alchemy Therapies. Natalie will sooth your mind, body and soul with the dreamy tones of her crystal singing bowls. If you haven't experienced a crystal bowl sound bath before you are in for a treat! To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact me directly no less than 7 days before your appointment time. If cancellation is given with 48 hours notice it maybe possible to transfer the booking to another class/event. Conditions apply.
