REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY

Attending a group event (circles/retreat days/workshops) -

To cancel or reschedule a group event please contact me directly no less than 7 days before the date of the event. If cancellation is given less than 7 days before the date of the event it maybe possible to transfer the booking to another event of the same value providing your space can be back filled. Conditions apply.

Attending a 121 appointment -

To cancel or reschedule a 121 appointment please contact me directly no less than 7 days before your appointment time. If cancellation is given within 72 hours notice a refund will be given (minus admin fee), 48 hours notice 50% of the appointment fee is required (including admin fee), 24 hours notice or less 100% of the appointment fee is required. Conditions apply.

*Unless your event/appointment is cancelled by Trinity Breathwork all refunds and cancellations (made at anytime) are subject to an administration fee of £5.
