Waiver & Release Information

Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email containing the following waiver and release information. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the waiver and release information please contact before the session begins.

You understand that if you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to:

​

Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions or arrhythmia, COPD, early or unstable pregnancy, high/very low blood pressure with fainting history, PTSD, glaucoma or detached retina, pre-existing lung disease, severe osteoporosis, thrombosis, or recent major surgery that you must advise the facilitator/s before the session. You also understand if you have asthma you will have access to your inhaler during any session that you choose to participate in.

Trinity Breathwork is not a substitute for consulting your GP or medical care provider. In the event of known medical conditions, you certify to having consulted with a health professional regarding any condition (physical, mental, or emotional) that could interfere with your judgment or affect your health in any way during or after the session.

Breathwork is NOT intended to treat or diagnose, and does NOT include treatment for or diagnosis of, any illnesses, disease, or disorders, whether physical, mental, psychological, or emotional. You understand that even though you have been accepted as a participant, you are responsible for any consequence resulting from this Breathwork Session.

In group sessions only - you agree to keep confidential any comments, shares, or experiences by other participants. You agree not to record – audio or video – any online sessions that you take part in with Trinity Breathwork or any persons participating therein.

In person sessions only - You are aware that appropriate, consented touch may be used for the purpose of supporting your wellbeing and you are able to withdraw your consent at any time. By taking part in the session you confirm to having read this waiver and take full responsibility for my own health, wellbeing, and the confidentiality of the session.

 

You also certify that you are at least 18 years of age and will not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol whilst taking part in any session facilitated by or with Trinity Breathwork.
