Service Description
By bringing conscious awareness to the breath we build resilience in our nervous system and deepen the connection to our inner world. The practice helps to release trapped emotional memory that lingers in our body causing tension, stress and anxiety for integration. Our breath anchors us into the present moment and helps to restore a sense of balance and perspective in our life. Practicing CCB in circle with others helps us to feel a sense of community, based on compassion, connection and relation (if the thought of group work is not aligned please get in touch to discuss a 121 session). The class is approximately 90 minutes long and upon booking you will receive a waiver which outlines any contra-indications, however if you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me prior to booking. This class is suitable for all levels, no experience is necessary and at the beginning of every circle the technique will be introduced and an outline of what you may experience will be given. The breath is a wonderful resource and it would be a privilege to guide you. This event is for 18 year olds and over.

Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY Attending a group event (circles/retreat days/workshops) - To cancel or reschedule a group event please contact me directly no less than 7 days before the date of the event. If cancellation is given less than 7 days before the date of the event it maybe possible to transfer the booking to another event of the same value providing your space can be back filled. Conditions apply. Attending a 121 appointment - To cancel or reschedule a 121 appointment please contact me directly no less than 7 days before your appointment time. If cancellation is given within 72 hours notice a refund will be given (minus admin fee), 48 hours notice 50% of the appointment fee is required (including admin fee), 24 hours notice or less 100% of the appointment fee is required. Conditions apply. * Should the event/appointment be cancelled by Trinity Breathwork you will received a full refund. *Unless your event/appointment is cancelled by Trinity Breathwork all refunds and cancellations (made at anytime) are subject to an administration fee of £5.
