Book a 121 online breathwork session with me and discover how the breath can help to support your own nervous system regulation, release old patterns and habits making way for clarity and inner peace. Prior to the session we will book a free 20 minute consultation to explore where in your life you feel you need support. This insight will form the basis of our exploration with the breath. The consultation will also cover the breathwork waiver and agreement.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact me directly no less than 7 days before your appointment time. If cancellation is given with 48 hours notice it maybe possible to transfer the booking to another class/event. Conditions apply.
