What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a type of breathing practice that involves intentionally breathing in a connected pattern without pausing between the inhale and exhale. By intentionally breathing in a connected pattern, individuals can reduce stress and anxiety, process and release stored emotions and trauma, cultivate a greater sense of presence and awareness, and expand their consciousness.
